It is time again for 12 of 12! And I remembered to do it! For those who do not know 12 of 12 was started by a blogger named Chad. On the twelfth of each month the blogger takes twelve pictures of their day and shares it with the world. I just installed the latest beta of Gallery3 and now going to share with the world my 12th day of October.
Our guardian spider, which Derek is not a fan of.
After dropping Derek off at work I had a couple hours to kill so I went to the local non Starbucks coffee shop to study for a bit. Why not Starbucks? No free wifi. The local places do! This picture was taken with my laptop camera. I want it to recognize my face and say hello to me. If anyone knows of any linux programs (the facial recognition, I have the text to speech) please let me know!
Clothes I needed to put away but didn't.
Bridge Builder, the free game I am currently mildly obsessing over. This level is sill stumping me.
I spent several hours finding a new doctor. I finally found a clinic that I think might work out with me. The experience exhausted me.
The supplies of a marching band instructor. Camcorder to record video, drill, drumsticks, and a gock block.
The visual staff. Also my friends. She is Jamey's fiancée. (I <3 you Allison!)
"Down!" "One!" "Down!" "Two"....
My point of view. Usually I spend a little more time dodging trombone slides and guard flags.
A very cold practice tonight. My lips were so chapped I wrote a haiku about it as my facebook status.
Oh lips are painful
Wind dries moisture of kissers
Burt Bees recovers
We were waiting for the pit to finish getting everything out of the stadium we were standing around trying to get warm. Mr. Iphone (insert app for that joke here) had Glee soundtrack on his iphone. I suppose our rocking out was quite humerous.
And this is what I come home to (I <3 you Derek!)

Busy Day! What’s with the search for a new doctor?
“ doesnt croxis look sorta out of it in the second photo?” — you look fabulous honey! Well, except for the “I WANT TO GO BACK TO SLEEP” thing… :p Jamey on the left correct? Allison’s got a hot fiance. And so do you, wow WoW WOW, looks like serious gameplay!

Don’t you think it would be a bit creepy if your computer said hi to you? I prefer my technology to remain silent… or maybe that’s worse? Plotting in silence to take over the world… OMG!
Why would you want to kill Derryl, your garden spider!? I’m sure he’s so cute and cuddly! And just think someday as your passing through the door, he might decide to hop down onto your shoulder and say HAI! And then crawl all over you with his eight cutey patootie legs, i mean sheesh! Why on earth would you want to kill Derryl? That would be horrible :(. Your not a.. mm.. mm… mmmmurderer are you? You guys should take him in as a pet! Derek you can keep him on your desk in a little plastic bin, and feed him little insects!
I’m gonna run away now before you kill me. : RUNS :

I think I shall name the spider Paul before I kill him.
Glad to see you’re posting again. (That 3 month 4th of July holiday was, well, patriotic to say the least…)
I like the 12/12 things. Insightful. The HS band that practices across the street was out under the lights Tues nite here, too. Our temps are 38-45 this week, so they must have froze…
Paul would be a wonderful name for a LIVE spider…

I’ve got loads of spiders near me, and there’s quite often a web across the pathway at the bottom of my garden! Spiders are meant to bring money though, so maybe Daniel shouldn’t kill it?

Daniel (URL) - 13-10-’09 09:47Two things:
1) You can’t see the spider in the pic too well. It’s taken over the corner of the door and it’s huge. I contemplate killing it every day.
2) That picture is not very flattering.
